He sold over $2M in property while still in high school and became Arizona’s youngest licensed KB-1 general contractor. He founded Miranda Development and completed over 70+ projects in 2023 alone. In 2024, he acquired a commercial building and opened a 10,000 SF manufacturing facility alongside a 4,000 SF office/showroom — making his operation fully vertically integrated.
Giovanni graduated valedictorian, holds a business degree from the USC Marshall School of Business, and an MBA from ASU W.P. Carey School of Business.
Hugo began his construction career as the youngest foreman at a major trim company. In the 25 years since, he has built over $75 million in contracts, including several multi-million-dollar custom homes from the ground up. His deep understanding of the building process ensures smooth project execution as he oversees onsite activities, enforces safety standards, and leads the construction crew to deliver top-quality work.
Jack is an entrepreneur, having built a seven-figure reselling company right out of high school. He graduated as valedictorian—where he met Gio—and later earned a finance degree from ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business. Jack oversees project timelines, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
