Giovanni began his career in real estate, selling over $2 million in property while still in high school. As Arizona’s youngest licensed general contractor, he collaborated with Hugo on numerous construction projects before creating Miranda Development. Since then, he has built over $6 million in contracts over the past four years, managing more than 70 projects in 2023 and setting records in 2024. Giovanni graduated valedictorian, holds a business degree from the USC Marshall School of Business, and an MBA from ASU W.P. Carey School of Business.
Hugo began his construction career as the youngest foreman at a major trim company. In the 25 years since, he has built over $75 million in contracts, including several multi-million-dollar custom homes from the ground up. His deep understanding of the building process ensures smooth project execution as he oversees onsite activities, enforces safety standards, and leads the construction crew to deliver top-quality work.
Jack is an entrepreneur, having built a seven-figure reselling company right out of high school. He graduated as valedictorian—where he met Gio—and later earned a finance degree from ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business. Jack oversees project timelines, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
