Our Story

Miranda Development was built on a foundation of finished carpentry more than twenty years ago. What began as a focus on craftsmanship and detail evolved into a deeper pursuit: understanding the entire building process and how every element of a project comes together.


Through years of working on high-end homes and complex projects, we developed a passion for building spaces from the ground up—where design, construction, and execution align seamlessly. Our background in finish carpentry continues to shape how we approach every project, with a focus on precision, material quality, and the details that ultimately define a space.


Guided by these principles, Miranda Development has grown into a builder of custom homes in some of Arizona’s most sought-after locations. We also continue to partner with leading builders throughout the state, helping them deliver exceptional finished carpentry and architectural finishes that elevate the final result.

Founders

Giovanni Miranda
Owner

Giovanni began working in construction while still in high school, developing a foundation in finish carpentry and the craftsmanship that continues to define Miranda Development today. During that time, he also obtained his real estate license and began selling luxury homes, closing millions in property transactions before graduating from high school.

Driven to understand every aspect of the building process, Giovanni pursued both the business and technical sides of development. While completing his MBA at Arizona State University, he earned his KB-1 general contracting license—becoming one of Arizona’s youngest licensees.

Giovanni graduated as valedictorian of his high school class and holds a business degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, along with an MBA from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business.

Hugo Miranda
Director of Development

Hugo’s construction experience began more than thirty years ago, building a deep foundation in craftsmanship and field leadership. He later became one of the youngest foremen at a major trim company, where he helped lead crews on large residential and commercial projects.

Over the past 25 years, he has overseen more than eight figures in construction contracts, including several multi-million-dollar custom homes built from the ground up.

His extensive field experience and understanding of the building process serve as the backbone of Miranda Development, ensuring every project is executed with efficiency, precision, and uncompromising quality.

Jack Charters III
Director of Operations

Jack brings an entrepreneurial and operational perspective to Miranda Development. While still in high school, he launched and scaled a successful seven-figure retail arbitrage business, gaining early experience in business management, operations, and financial planning.

While in college, he began investing in real estate,developing his understanding of construction and the development process.

Jack graduated as valedictorian of his high school class and holds a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business.
